This 5 year old video was the deciding factor for me to buy the Lucid memory foam hybrid over the latex version as well as over the other more expensive brands which from this video I can see the build quality is literally identical and 1/3rd - 1/5th the price. 👍

Beware , This company Lucid and its parent company Malouf have no customer service; and will not speak to you. If you call all of their listed telephone numbers (I tried 3), you will get automated message to text them and then wait 3-5 days for a response. Ridiculous. I will never purchase anything from them again. Urge all consumers never purchase from a company that does not have humans to speak with.

We have a King Size 12" Hybrid Latex scheduled for delivery tomorrow. We're excited about it.

The slats that came with this bed, are a real issue; as they WILL break very easily. It would have been better if Zinus included black metal slats; but i guess that’s life! Other than that it’s a great double bed. Very easy to put together. All i have to do now is buy a good quality mattress; and try, and come up with an idea to sort out these wooden breakable slats. My double bed, by the way…….. like all Zinus beds; came all the way over from China 🇨🇳 undamaged. It was well packed. Saturday afternoon 23rd July 2022. U.K. 🇬🇧 Southampton.

I bought this bed in 2018 and absolutely love it…the only problem now is I need to unsync the remote…my husband is selfish and adjusts the bed whenever he wants…so now I’m searching for a video on how to unsync them.

How long did you wait before you actually slept on it because does in the bed have to inflate from being packaged?

The Latex one I would think is better. Latex is cooler and because of the more springy bounce back and yet soft will retain it's shape longer, easier to reposition in the bed vs memory foam which is hotter and can over time create a divot at least our all memory foam mattress have after years of use. But the choice of latex vs memory foam is personal of feeling. I find it's harder to move and you end up in a pocket that are slow to rebound.
